Who can join?
Every reSTART client is in. New clients get a 500 credit Welcome Pack when they register, and existing clients with an active membership or package, or a purchase in the last 3 months, start with bonus credits.
How does referring a friend work?
Your friend gives your mobile number when they register and gets 500 credits straight away. When they make a purchase within 30 days of registering, they get 2,000 more and you get 2,500.
Is there a bonus for referring more friends?
Yes. When 3 friends you refer make a purchase within 3 months, you get an extra 5,000 credits on top of your referral credits.
I have a partner code. What do I get?
Use it when you register to get a discount on your first session, plus your 500 credit Welcome Pack.
Do single sessions earn credits?
Yes. Every purchase earns credits, single sessions included. Packages and memberships earn the most.
How do I check or use my credits?
Your credits are linked to your mobile number. Ask our team at reception or message us on WhatsApp to check your balance or book a free session.
How long are my credits valid?
Credits you earn from purchases are valid for 12 months. Starting credits for existing clients are valid for 90 days.
